We offer 5 training groups each week. Choose the group that works best for your schedule—this will become your dedicated training time each week.
To maintain coaching quality and keep groups small, you must stick to your selected time.
If you miss a session, you can make it up within the same week, as long as there’s availability in another group.

Your Questions, Answered
Do I need experience lifting weights?
Every fitness level is welcome and we coach you through every movement safely. Although weight lifting experience is not required, participants should possess a base level of movement control. Optimal results will be achieved when LIFT is paired with other training modalities such as HIIT and Functional Training.
How often do we train?
Twice per week, with clear guidance on what other training should be performed on non-LIFT days.
How long is the program?
12 weeks (3 months).
Will I lose weight or gain muscle?
Both — the program builds lean muscle while reducing body fat.
Is nutrition included?
While we do not provide a meal plan or individual nutrition coaching, your coaches will provide basic nutrition guidance to maximize your results.
